Beijing Huiersanji Green Chem Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock high-teck enterprise with its headquarters located in The Overseas Students Pioneer Park (Zhongguancun, Beijing). The legal representative and president of the company is Prof. Zhang Ruichi who has engaged in research and development in petrochemical field for many years, who is of first rank academic level and has abundant research experience.
The company includes R&D, production and marketing as its section. It assembles the senior experts, homecoming overseas doctors, doctors of Chinese Academy of Science, and excellent doctors and masters from Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Eastern China University of Science & Technology, China University of Petroleum, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology and Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology, etc. as its technical backbone. There are 32 R&D employees and five of them has professor or senior engineer titles who have solid theoretic knowledge and abundant experience, which establish massive basis for new product development.
The R&D and production centre based in Beijing occupy a land of 10000 square meters and have complete equipment and instruments, having the ability to produce various solid and liquid refining additives, catalysts and fine chemicals. In addition, the company has two other production bases located in Shandong province and He’nan province respectively for production of solid catalysts and additives.
The company has won honor titles of the Excellent Zhongguancun Overseas Student Enterprise, the Member of Zhongguancun Enterprise Credit Promoting Association, the Member of Beijing Zhongguancun High-Tech Enterprise Association and the Excellent Supplier for Lanzhou Petrochemical Co.
The company focuses its effort on technical innovation. It obtained the Middle and Small Enterprise Innovation Fund sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China more than one time. Within three years, it owned twelve proprietary techniques, applied eight Chinese patents, and developed seven categories of products including FCC additives for more propylene, new type FCC catalysts, FCC bottom cracking additives, SMART series micro-explosive activators, customer-tailored FCC metal passivators, HCT series conventional additives, molecular sieves and adsorbents, and technique for waste catalyst regeneration.
The above products have been applied in Chinese refineries and the effects are excellent. For example, SMART-201 liquid FCC micro-explosive activator has been used in the Resid FCCU, Shijiazhuang Refinery, Sinopec for one year, increasing propylene 20000 tons and at the same time it has kept the FCC main catalyst activity at higher level, accordingly decreasing the make up rate of catalyst, bring the refinery with significant benefit. Another example is one of our products, SMART-2000 FCC solid additive for more propylene, has been used in Luoyang Petrochemical Works for more than 6 months. When its level in FCC main catalyst reaches 5%, the FCCU propylene yield increases 2~2.5 percentage points. In addition, our FCC metal passivators have been widely used in refineries, achieving effects of lowering coke and dry gas yields, and increasing high valued gasoline, LCO and LPG yields.
Nowdays we developed two new technique called LTG and DTL which uses LPG and Dry gas as initial material to make gasoline. The skill and the catalyst will be provided. By the way, we also product methylal which can be used in various area.
